The North has always been thought of as the quiet sibling of its popular sibling, East - the place where Singaporeans flock to for all things food and entertainment. Nevertheless, there're actually many things you can do and see in the North! So, for those of you who have just clinched a job in the North and don't know what's good 'round the hood, we got yo back!

Cheap and Good Food

There's nothing like cheap and good food to fill your tummies before and after your shift. If you're working late, fret not, the following are some places you can hit up for supper to fill your rumbling bellies!

1. Upper Thomson area: Supper Spots

Here's one place that you can have fun for free! This park consists of a 1.5km long waterfront promenade, a 9 hectare park and a refurbished jetty. The park also has restaurants, fitness areas, venue for holding events, playgrounds and also, running and cycling tracks.
